OUR STORY

It started with a simple offsite. And the realisation that no hotel could quote it in time.

In 2020, our founders were working in travel technology when one of them, Felix Undeutsch, tried to organise a team offsite. Hotels replied slowly, proposals landed too late to use, and some never replied at all. It made no sense: flights and hotel rooms had been bookable online for twenty years, yet meetings and groups – a third of a hotel's room nights, in an industry worth $400 billion a year – still ran on email, spreadsheets and manual work.

The closer we looked, the clearer the reason was. No two meeting enquiries are alike. Pricing depends on availability, contracts, season and space, and most bookings take several rounds before anything is signed. Travel tech and meeting tech had both looked at that complexity and decided it was too hard to automate.

We saw it differently. The answer was never to force instant booking onto a process that doesn't fit it – it was to put AI agents inside the workflow hotels already run. Reading the enquiry, checking availability, pricing, building the proposal, following up. The work happens in seconds instead of days. Because in meetings and groups, the booking goes to whoever replies first.
