The team
behind hivr.ai
We're a team of travel tech operators, product builders and hospitality insiders with one belief: humans shouldn't spend their days on repetitive admin. Let AI agents handle the busywork, so sales teams can focus on what actually matters — relationships, guests, closing deals.

Our story
How we got started
It all started with a team offsite that wouldn't come together. Felix, then at Expedia, was trying to book a simple meeting. Hotels responded days later, proposals arrived too late to be useful, some never replied at all.
The frustrating part wasn't the delays. It was seeing why. Hotel sales teams weren't slow because they didn't care. They were buried under manual work — parsing emails, chasing availability, building proposals by hand. The admin had quietly eaten the job.
Meanwhile, the rest of travel had moved on. Flights, hotel stays, car rentals — all automated. But meetings and groups, a $400B industry, still ran on email and spreadsheets.
We founded hivr.ai in 2020 to change that. Not by forcing instant booking into a process that doesn't fit, but by putting AI agents to work on the workflow itself — inside the systems hotels already use.
Six years in, hivr.ai is trusted by Radisson Hotel Group, NH Hotel Group, Scandic, Dorint, Lindner and Flemings Hotels. 2,000+ properties worldwide. $2.3 billion in transacted lead volume in 2025. Backed by Amadeus Ventures.
And we're still just getting started.
