2019
A simple Idea with big ambitions
Our journey began in 2019, when a group of hotel experts and tech enthusiasts came together with a shared vision: to make hotel's meeting and group sales simpler and more efficient. We knew there had to be a better way, and that’s when hivr.ai was born.
2021
The early wins
By 2021, our idea had taken flight. hivr.ai
officially launched and quickly started making waves, welcoming the Lindner Hotel Group as our first customer. We were thrilled to be recognized as a finalist in the CyberOne 2021 competition, a sign that our platform was already showing great promise in the hospitality industry.
2022
Building strong partnerships
In 2022, we expanded our footprint by partnering with Cvent, the world's largest distribution partner, and major hotel brands like Radisson Hotel Group and NH Hotel Group, boosting our presence across Europe. With hivr.ai, these hotels automated their sales processes for meetings and groups, driving operational efficiency and streamlining workflows.
2023
Reaching major milestones
2023 brought major achievements: we processed over €23M in bookings, managed 60,000 meeting requests, and reached break-even. We were honored with the IHA Startup Award and the Freiburger Innovation Award. Additionally, we expanded our reach by partnering with Meetingselect, the leading distribution partner in the Benelux region.
2024
Growing stronger together
As 2024 progresses, we've strengthened hivr's role in the hospitality industry. We’ve secured new partnerships with Design Offices and expanded our distribution channels to include Meeta-X, MICEPortal, and VenueDirectory.

It all began as a simple idea: to make meeting and group sales in hotels and venues easier.
Thanks to our experience in the hotel industry and our passion for technology, we knew there had to be a better way to handle the daily frustrations of manual tasks of hotel managers. That’s why we created hivr.ai —to automate the routine, so you can do what you do best: running your hotel and delighting your guests.
